Mr. Rahul Banerjee

He is a finance professional, with around 20 years of experience in the industry, having worked for banks and NBFCs, primarily in the retail field.  After Graduating from the University of Calcutta in Commerce, Mr. Banerjee Joined UTI Bank Ltd. (Later renamed as Axis Bank) in October 2005.  He spent around 7 years with UTI Bank Ltd., gaining considerable experience in retail asset operations. After UTI Bank Ltd., Mr. Banerjee joined the Chennai-based Shriram Group, selected to be the part of newly promoted housing finance arm of the group in February 2012. With his vast experience, he was part of the Central Business Development Team and contributed set up of branches in Tier I, II and III cities. At later stage, he became the head of operations in Eastern India based at Kolkata. In later stage in 2016, Mr. Banerjee was promoted and transferred to Mumbai to lead the team for high-value structured deals.

After 7 years with Shriram Housing Finance Ltd., Mr. Banerjee joined the Chennai-based Repco Home Finance Ltd., selected to head the Ahmedabad region for three states Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Mr. Banerjee made a substantial growth in the region within 3 years. Mr. Banerjee, with a strong family background and social roots in Kolkata, lives in Mumbai with his wife who is presently associated with Axis Bank Ltd. 

Mr. Divyarajsinh Rana

He is the double major graduate in International business and criminal justice (Cyber security) from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas (United States). Worked at Bank of America as an intern in the cyber security (Fraud) department for 3 years. Worked/studied abroad in South Korea for a year at Hanyan International Shipping Company as a shipment tracker to pursue graduation for an international business degree.

Mr. Divyarajsinh Rana is based out in Mumbai.

Mr. Tejas Unarkat

He is a Financial Professional and a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He is an excellent entrepreneur with around 20 years of experience in the retail and wholesale segment of fundraising and distribution. 

Mr. Unarkat has played key Management roles in many companies of Stockbroking and finance. He has a very deep understanding and knowledge of finance and businesses. 

Since 2014 Mr. Unarkat has been a promoter and managing partner at BDL Capital Services and he has successfully disbursed ₹ 2000 crores of retail loan portfolio under this banner till date. He also has a deep understanding of product policies and procedures of almost all banks and NBFCs in retail and wholesale loan portfolio segments.

Mr. Unarkat has a strong family background with his roots in Mumbai, lives with wife his Mrs. Manisha Tejas Unarkat (psychological counsellor) and his daughter Miss Yatika Unarkat (student).

Mr. Takatsinh Rana

He has domain and expertise in Real Estate finance and development for the last 25 years. Having vast exposure in Real Estate financing and development, Mr. Takatsinh presently has an asset book of around ₹ 500 crores, located in Maharashtra and Gujarat. With a reach legacy of around 25 years, Mr. Takatsinh has established his trust in Real Estate finance and development across the geography. Mr. Sujan Sinha

He is a senior finance professional, with more than 3½ decades in the industry, having worked for banks and NBFCs, primarily in the retail field. 

Graduating from Calcutta (Kolkata) University in Geology, Mr. Sinha qualified for selection as a Probationary Officer in the State Bank of India and joined them in December ’81.  He spent more than 14 years with SBI, gaining considerable experience in branch banking, personnel administration as well foreign exchange dealings.
